We do not issue refund once your order is sent to the delivery company (Singapore Post). As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any watches from our online store. However, all watches purchased from LadiesWatch may be returned within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise stated below:

1. Watches must be returned in its original packaging and no seals broken or removed.
2. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the watch is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.
3. Please retain your return tracking information. LadiesWatch will not be liable for watches that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address.
4. No return will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
5. The total return watch amount does not include the original delivery charge and a 15% re-stocking fee. We will issue the remaining amount as a LadiesWatch Gift Certificate which has a year expiry date within 14 days after we receive the return watch.
